You are invited to an exciting new self development experience!
The Art and Self Connection Circle is a powerful experience of self-discovery and connection through engaging with powerful and inspiring works of art. In this 12-week self-study version of the program, you will be led through a series of introspective weekly activities that will allow you to:
- dream into your most authentic vision for yourself
- uncover your values and priorities in life
- feel into the essences that make you who you are
- discover the core beliefs you currently have and need you need to adopt to help you live into your vision
This will allow you to take a look at your life in a gentle and compassionate way and make the changes you may need in order to find peace and wholeness, follow what brings you a sense of joy and excitement, and connect with who you are at your core.
About the Program:
In this 12-week experience, you will receive weekly Art and Self Connection lessons. These lessons will include workbook pages with journal questions, art interpretation exercises, and a weekly audio recording to explain the week’s task. The week starts on the day you bought the course, so if you registered for the program on a Thursday, your new lessons will arrive every Thursday. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes-1 hour per week with the content.
The weekly content will alternate between Art and Self. Every other week, you will have an artwork (or more) to explore deeply (still with your Self at the core) and in the other weeks, you will be more focused on self discovery. The weekly workbook pages include a wide variety of types of activities to help you tap into the Art and into your highest Self–journal questions, visualizations, writing poetry, and more.
Community:
This program will have a dedicated Facebook group for everyone who joins. In this optional space, participants can share their aha moments, insights, and creations from the program. Powerful insights can come from talking about art and self through community!
